Sparkjoy has developed a client management web portal – called Compendia Connect – that Compendia uses for record-keeping and managing all client interactions as part of their accounting services. This serves as a virtual collaboration space for Compendia and their clients to collect and process all tax related information.
Our work included developing a unique accounting portal based on the Pantegral platform. This tool was essential for managing their workload virtually and has saved Compendia a significant amount of administrative overhead all while allowing clients to self serve at any time of the day.
