Laid Back Snacks produces a wide range of healthy snack options and sells these products in stores and online using a unique subscription model.
We built the Laid Back Snacks e-commerce website with custom functionality to support recurring subscriptions and provided the customer with the ability to modify and edit those subscriptions over time. We built custom integrations for the website and a number of third-party platforms to automate the administrative flow of orders and fulfilments in their production centre. We also assisted with the development of front-end tools and the user experience of the website.
Sparkjoy provides managed hosting and ongoing maintenance for Laid Back Snacks to ensure a high degree of performance, uptime and reliability.
Corporate Gifting Portal
We built a new set of web functionality to allow the Laid Back Snacks e-commerce system to send corporate gift boxes as appreciation to clients or employees.
By using an e-commerce variant of the Pantegral client portal framework, we created a dashboard page for corporate users to easily set up a new order, send multiple gifts at the same time, and manage their recipients.
Each recipient is emailed by the system and can use an automatically generated coupon code to select their preferred snacks for delivery.
